Okay basically when I looked at this item it was described as an offset rail mountfor a sight, not an offset hopper mount. So when I purchased it i got exactly what it is described now. So it was a whole waste of time. Thankfully DoroSports were awesome and helped me out to get the right items i needed but ofcourse it was a little more expensive. So thanks for nothing Amazon. I guess it's their only mistake through the whole time I have shopped from them, but still. Anyway the offset hopper mounts are huge just so you know.

This mount is much cheaper than anything else i have seen on the market. While i think it is specific to the A5, it works quite well on my 98 Custom with some slight adjustments. Over all a very sturdy mount at an outrageously low price.

If you're using a scope/sight on a stock Tippmann, this is pretty much a must. It gets the sight off the main body by about two inches, which doesn't sound like much, but it's huge in terms of your hopper being out of your line of sight. It also makes using a stock easier, because you don't have to bend your mask over the stock to sight down the rail.

It's a very easy piece to install - two screws tighten a clamp over the standard dovetail mount, and your sight screws right into the mount. As long as you install it properly, it's very secure. Overall, a good investment if you use a scope.
