Source inside NPPL Says, “70% Chance the merger happens.”

We’ve been very hesitant to post anything as news regarding the NPPL/PSP merger talks. Today however, we received a text from someone in the NPPL hierarchy stating, “We had good talks today. 70% chance the merge happens.” We’ll keep you posted.
